Updated cancellation policy
Carefree Holidays: as a result of the current situation with Covid-19, we are applying special terms of cancellation during the pandemic. You can cancel free of charge in the period leading up to 14 days before your arrival!

Cancellation policy
The Italian consumer protection code does not include a right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we apply the following terms of cancellation at our facility*. To avoid the costs associated with cancellation, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
*Communication pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), Part III, Section I

For cancellation in the period leading up to 3 months prior to arrival: we only retain the deposit
For cancellation in the period between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival: we charge 40% of the total cost of the booking
For cancellations in the period between 1 month and 1 week prior to arrival: we charge 70% of the total cost of the booking
For cancellations in the last week prior to arrival: we charge 90% of the total cost of the booking
In the event of no-show of one or more guests, or of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the total cost of the booking.

Location and arrival in Rasun

Here's how to get here!

The Alpenrose is right in the heart of the Val Pusteria, near the start of the Anterselva Valley. The nearest bus stop is only five minutes' walk from our building, while the nearest train station is five minutes away by car. All guests staying for one night or more will be given a free Holidaypass card, which entitles you to free use of all public transport in South Tyrol.

Coming from the west:
From the Brenner motorway take the Varna exit >> follow the main Val Pusteria road in an easterly direction towards Rasun-Anterselva >> turn off at the entrance to the Rasun-Anterselva valley and the Alpenrose apartments are just five minutes further on.

From the east:
From Lienz (East Tyrol) follow the main Val Pusteria road and continue westwards to Rasun-Anterselva >> turn off at the entrance to the Rasun-Anterselva valley and the Alpenrose apartments are just five minutes further on.

From the Stalle Pass:
From East Tyrol, cross the Defreggen Valley >> continue through the Stalle Pass towards Rasun-Anterselva >> turn off at the entrance to the Rasun-Anterselva valley and the Alpenrose apartments are just five minutes further on.

From Cortina:
From the province of Belluno, take the Cortina road as far as Dobbiaco >> from Dobbiaco, follow the main Val Pusteria road and continue westwards towards Rasun-Anterselva >> turn off at the entrance to the Rasun-Anterselva valley and the Alpenrose apartments are just five minutes further on.
